Black Horizon

Black Horizon is a game in the early stages of development. It uses SadConsole to render text-style graphics. The font used to make up the majority of the game's shapes was purchased from MRMO.TXT here on Itch.io.

The game is largely inspired by Ascii Sector, an ASCII game that replicates Wing Commander Privateer. The game was abandoned around 10 years ago, and in my opinion, is one of the best space games available.

I created this space to blog and keep myself motivated in the development of the game.
